Return & Refund Policy

1. Service Policy

  • No Refunds on Services: Due to the nature of loc services, all sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can discuss possible solutions. After 24 hours, we are no longer responsible.

  • Rescheduling & Cancellations: Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

  • After rescheduling one time, you must book a new appointment and pay a new deposit.

 

2. Product Return & Exchange Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on loc care products once they have been purchased.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly replace the item or issue a store credit.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
